Prayers For My Friend

I have a fantastic homeschooling friend who is really struggling right now and could use your prayers. She has young elementary aged children and one of them is having a tough year. I really feel like Satan is dancing in delight over her tears and frustrations.

Please pray for her. The Lord knows the details and knows who you are praying for (no, it's not me... it really is "a friend", but while you are at it.... :-).

I just want to pray right now...
Father, we know you are a breath away and thank you for your nearness. We ask you Lord, for a humbling of ourselves (all of us) and in that humility that you would pour more of yourself into us and allow us to remove ourself from the picture just a bit. I pray we see with new eyes how you would have us teach our kids. Father, you are the author and perfector of our faith and you promise you will complete a good work in us. You will. And so Lord God, I ask boldly that you would strengthen our sister in her desire to teach and annoint her with wisdom and discernment. In the authority you gave her to teach her children Lord, I pray you would show her clearly how to pray and how to deliver. We pray Father God, that it is truely you who dances in delight over us. It is you who calls us beloved. We thankyou for your unending grace. I pray that our sister would find favour in her children and they would delight in her. I pray she would have a moment of clarity from you, a word to cling to. Lord, bless her, her children, her husband, their finance to do this work of homeschooling, their health and their leadership. I pray they would lay hold of their God given authority and loving teach their children in the way that they should go in Jesus Precious Holy name. Amen...
I hope that's okay...Sam
