When Mr. Clean and I were in the Czech Republic last summer we ate like the Czechs ate and we loved every bite. I had secretly stashed 15 Luna bars having no idea what to expect and came home with almost all of them. Czech food is amazing. But we are in America. I LOVE my country and it's food, but I have been craving, BIG TIME, Czech food. I am now on a mission to try and make it, so if any of you know any authentic Czech recipes (think lots of dumplings and sauerkraut, which in the Czech Republic is prepared so differently than here) send them along!! Or better yet, if someone would like to come and cook authentic Czech food for me, bring it!!
